..I was a little upset to find out, after purchase, that you can't access the Google Android Marketplace with the Edge because, even though it's an Android based system, it's not compatible with Marketplace. I was able to find some of the apps that I wanted on one of the sites that Entourage recommended but I'm still looking for an app that will work with my Audible audio book subscription. I found the Nook app but have been unable to find one for Kindle. As far as performance goes, it's a 5 star gadget but it lost a star for not playing well with THE Android app website and not being able to offer an alternative for many of the apps that I want/need on my Android device so I don't have to carry multiple devices. They need to either develop more apps or they need to work with other Android app sites so that they can deliver the apps that Android lovers need and want. I don't want to have to Google sites searching for apps and risk downloading a virus or malware or a trojan. It's already a bit of a gamble when downloading apps from a known site since most of them are individual developers. I probably wouldn't have gotten the Edge if I'd done a little more research and had known that it wasn't compatible with the apps site that the majority of the developers use. But since I do have it, I guess I'll just be hopeful that Entourage will either make the effort to play nice with the developers and with Google or will make the apps available on their site. It is a powerful tool in a small package and it's fast and responsive. I will recommend it to others but with the caveat that, if they're buying it for the apps, they should spend some time checking out what's actually accessible and available for the Edge.
